Day 4!!!!!!
So far:
10 minutes high intensity kenpo. (i'm taking a water break right now.) I remember when I could do this for an hour without stopping. <sigh> Soon again though!!!!!
200 push ups (goal for today is 200.)
Lower body lifting
45 minutes rollerblading.
I'm going to fight tonight!!!! WOO HOO!!!!!!!! it's just with my husband, but still, it's better than nothing!!!!!
Well, back to my water!
