Question how long is too long for staying in Induction

I have been in Induction for quite a while.

Can I stay in untill I get to my goal weight and then pull out or should i start now?

I have lost A LOT of weight... it is totally amazing. Started at 234 and am now at 208 with a goal of 195. WOW.

I tend to want to stay in induction. I wonder if this is bad? When I get to my goal weight I will pull out of induction and then start my controlled carb diet. I used to drink TONS on beer and all the pasta, rice and bread that I could find. My rationale for feeling that I will be ok when I pull out of induction is that I think I will have a more controlled approach to high carb diets. AND I will no longer drink beer.

It's better to start now so you'll learn all the good habits that go with a new way of eating. The slower it takes to get to your goal weight, the more ingrained the habits will be and you'll be less likely to go back to your old way of eating.
