Default Choco Flax Cookie recipe

I don't know if I'm doing this right. I'm new and I just wanted share this recipe

Low Carb Choco Flax Cookies

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. light peanut butter
2/3 c. Splenda (measures like sugar)
1/4 c. Breakfree eggs or 2 egg whites
3/4 c. ground flaxseed
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch salt

1/3 c. flaked filberts (optional)

Preheat oven to 375. In a mixing bowl cream butter, peanut butter and Splenda together until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix. In a separate bowl mix together flaxseed, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Combine dry ingredients with butter and eggs. If desired add flaked filberts. Divide into 24 and place on cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake in 375 oven for 10-12 minutes.

Each cookie with filberts contains:
Calories: 82.5
Protein: 2.43
Fat: 6.37
Total Carbohydrates: 4.65
Dietary Fibre: 1.93
Net carbohydrates: 2.72

These look easy. Any reason for only using egg whites, or can you use whole eggs?
