Cordelia, it may unfortunately have been how it was made or perhaps they were not too quick in getting it to you. Our crust was wonderfully crisp and not at all soggy. I bet if you contact them and complain you would get the next one on the house. Perhaps pick it up if you can and see if its any better?

Maybe soggy isn't the right word, like it wasn't saturated and soft. It just had a different texture then regular pizza, like a more soft chewable pizza rofl. I don't know I think I was expecting a texture more like those thin crust pizzas you buy at like the grocery store in the frozen food isle that when cooked are as hard as rock. I'm not saying it was bad! honest! There was just something different about the texture.

I tryed this pizza on friday and WOW!! it was super good. I belive the crust is made from soy flour. It is a very thin crust, But I tell ya it totally takes the place of a normal pizza. I had the Chicken Pizza, with bacon ham and this awsome jalpino sauce. So good. I recommed it!

We're coming to Vancouver in July (from the UK) and am really looking forward to trying this. Do all Panago's do it? The nearest one to where we're staying is on Davie

Yes all the Vancouver locations carry the low carb crust. When you order you will phone one number for all the locations, and they will dispatch the order to the closest one to you.

Well, all we in Ontario and other points east need is to get some of these pizzerias here! I know that there is one in Oakville, according to the Panago website, but I'm not sure that they'd deliver 2 1/2 hours east by car....

The pizzas sound so good that I'm salivating as I read, and it's only 6:30 in the morning, so I really shouldn't be dreaming of pizza, should I?

I love this pizza. But, If you really want to eat it at its best, opt for pick-up and eat a slice when it comes right out of the oven, it can be beat!
Lakookoo, I understand your pain. All my friends go to eastern universities, and they all complained how the only pizza they can get is pizza pizza. Maybey you should write them an e-mail requesting low carb pizza, if there are no panago's in your area's future.
