This is my all time favourite way of using tortillas - by the way I much prefer Mama Lupe's:

I bought the Mama Lupes from Netrition - and I like them soooo much better than La Tortilla - but each to his own taste. Mama's has 3 net carbs - how many does La Tortilla have?

My fave thing to do is to make chicken quesadillas with the tortillas, no wait - BLT's - no wait - cinnamon elephant ears - no wait - chicken salad wraps - ok, ok I just LOVE the darn things!! They are good with just about any thing inside!

I'm on board with Slimpat and the PB on LaTortillas.....yummy! I'm happy with a cheesy quesadilla made out of wheat tortillas, sharp cheddar cheese and a touch of diced hot peppers, fried up so the tortilla's all crispy.

I have looked for the Costco brand lc tortillas the last two times I have gone. I haven't been able to find them. Maybe I am just overlooking them... can you give me an idea of where they might be located... with what other types of food/items. I hope that my Costco carries them and I am just overlooking them.

Thanks,

Phyllis
