This was a lovely quick meal, thanks. We didn't have some of the ingredients, so we swapped the garlic powder for fresh garlic, the parmesan for cheddar, half the tuna for some white fish, and added a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce.

This looks good to do as a family meal. I can give it to the kids over noodles and I have it with the spinach or strait.
