As long as you're getting plenty of protein and water, have fully established nursing (at least 3 months of it), and are nursing baby frequently, I think you should all be fine. I'm still losing, still nursing, The body is an amazing thing--it will provide for your baby no matter what. (So on that note, don't forget your supplements! Calcium, fish oil, pre-natal vits, etc.)
