I find that ordering a rack a ribs without the sauce is pretty filling, at some places I can't finish the whole plate.

Yes, on ZIOH, but I have to wait another week to even apply for membership. They do not think I am serious! 1 week to go!

Hi guys I actually came across this site after doing some google searches on zero carb, and I came across this thread, so I decided to join in hopes of getting some help. To make a long story short, I extremely carb senstive. I ahve tried the TNT diet but I have come to the conclusion I have to cut out all the carbs. You see I am not doing this to loose weight but rather for my health. Whenever I have carbs, lettuce etc, I feel like crap, I can't concentrate, and I just feel tired all the time. I going to start a diet in which foods will just be eggs, meats, water, and this is where I need your help. I am 5'6 at a 130 pounds. Like I mentioend above, I don't want to loose weight, but that was a consequence of the beginning stages of my diet. I was hoping you could help me fill in the blanks so I could maintain my weight or even gain some as I started weightlifting again, and be as healthy as I can on this diet. Thanks again

Regards
Cedric

Weez, Katelyn doesn't add any seasoning, also she never needed to lose weight, so she started this woe weighing 100lb and she is at the same weight now.
Recently Katelyn is adding raw eggs to her ground beef to ensure that she is getting all the vitamins and minerals required.
