Default What brand Flax do you like?

I had the Bobs Red Mill at first..after I used all of that I tried some in a box..made by King Aurthor..I like it much better..milder flavor and ground much finer. I think it is much better for MIMs..I bought it at Fairway..

I hate the flavor of flaxseed, so I haven't tried using the flour in any shakes or recipes. I'm hoping by watching this thread I can maybe find one to try in maybe a shake or something.

Bob's Red Mill ground Golden Flax is the only one I use. It has a much milder flavor compared to the darker flax and the texture is fine enough that I can use it in MIMs or smoothies.

I usually buy Bob's Red Mill, but I saw that King Arthur brand at the grocery store today and almost bought a box. Now I wish I did!!!! I will have to go back tomorrow and get some 'cause sometimes I find the Bob's flax too "grainy" for the MIM. KWIM???

It is much finer milled..And I think milder flavor as well.. give it a try next time you need flax and let me know what you think.
