Default Dreamfields Pasta

Hi All,
For those of us who have been lucky enough to obtain this wonderful pasta, can we share our recipes and experiences? Especially ones with an Irish twist. I am sooooo enjoying this stuff that I know I am sounding like a freak with a one-track mind (stomach). I am a diabetic and have tested my blood sugar frequently, so I know it doesn't spike me, unlike lots of other stuff and it doesn't suffer from the dreaded soya twang .

My favourite quick way of having Dreamfields is with a very tasty cheese sauce made in the microwave using 100mls of cream and 100 gms grated cheese (I usually mix mature cheddar and red leicester). Mixed in with 110 gms of elbows or penne (cooked), this makes a delicious and filling meal for 2, accompanied by a nice big salad.
Depending on what you put into your salad, the cheesy pasta has only about 7 carbs per serving, giving you a delicious meal for less than 10 carbs. My husband loves this, too, although he is not low carbing (well, not that he realises ).
Any more ideas?
Babs
