14 miles? Two years ago? I am sure, you will do it again very soon. How about a nice half-Marathon nearby? The best motivation is a copy of your registration on your fridge:-)

Wish I could... but my clinical rotations will start next year... no time!!! lol... will try to be faithful to the workouts though... Time, apparantly, is something I gotta to juggle with....

Did LBW work out today.... my legs and low body are sore!!! (specifically my thighs and glutes!) lol!

jogged today... sloppy!

no a good day..

1st round: 5min jog / 2.5 rest
2nd round: 4min jog/ 4.5 rest
3rd round: 4 min jog / 5 rest

25 min total

I guess its because I did LBW yesterday... probably shouldnt do that, (...and yes, I do know better ) after w/o my legs..

drop to 3 min jog / 3 min rest routine next week... (sunday or monday)
