Default Down 145. Want to lose 15 more, stuck.

I've lost 145 pounds in the past 22 months. I knew there would come a time when I would stop losing weight. I would like to lose another 15. I'm stuck. I'm not gaining but I can't seem to lose. I am under a lot stress remodeling a new home, spending a ton of money. I think the stress may have something to do with it.
Any ideas to break through, and lose the last 15?

Stress. So, stop stressing about the weight. The fewer you have to go, the slower it goes.

I have a couple of thoughts for you.
First off, Congrats! , once again on your successful weight loss.
It'd be a good idea for you to decide if those last 15 lbs are excess skin? If they are, it may require surgery.

What I can share with you is that I've found that the body will adapt and become complacent when you eat the same level of carbs all the time. If you would care to share how you're eating and what, I'm sure that we can give you ideas on what to shift to kind of wake up your metabolism.

I don't think the problem is excess skin, although I do have a little around the waist. I believe it is the omentum, belly fat.
At 340 pounds I had a BIG belly, out growing a 52 inch waste. I'm down to a lose 34 inch waste now. I'm 6 foot tall and 57 years old.
For breakfast a three egg omelet and 3 slices of turkey bacon.
Lunch maybe a beef burger and salad, no dressing, or sardines and salad. Dinner would be chicken, steak, or fish and a salad.
I snack on kayle chips, nuts and hard boiled eggs.
I do break off a small piece of 85% cocoa about once a day.
Drink water or unsweetened mint only. I eat very little cheese.
I cook with butter, coconut oil or olive oil.
I'm not gaining, but not losing. I've been working out a little more, about 15 to 20 minutes a day on the rebounder, tower 200 and dumbbells.

Sounds like you need to add a few starches into your food plan. Our bodies do adapt over time when we eat the same level consistently.
How about you try to have 4 ozs sweet potato a few times a week. Other good starchy veggies are winter squashes, parsnips, turnips.
Are you willing to add in starchy veggies now?
What veggies are you eating?

OK..thanks for the info.
I'm going to quickly list what I eat and what I think that you are missing out on:
tomato
onion
cucumber
asparagus
avocado
bell peppers
spicy peppers
butternut squash
other winter squashes
sweet potato
sugar snap peas
olives
parsnips
turnips
radishes
mushrooms

I know that there are more but this is the variety that I chose from.

I think if you lose 15 more pounds you might look drawn, you are 6ft. maybe you should not worry about it and lose it slowly if at all. I know a man who lost to much and instesd of looking good he looks sickly.
