Default Day 46 and 47 - 90 days ends Jul 7

This was for yesterday - got too late and too tired to stay up any later.

1. No cheats - on plan food only. To aid with this I am taking a small notepad with me and when I see something I think I will throw in my mouth I am going to write it down instead. Did ok yesterday. The squirrel circus continues. mental notes: FAST FOOD PLACES. pizza, pasta, chocolate candy.
Will update tonight - out to dinner w/friends, will allow some alcohol, will ask for a low carb (agave nectar and lime juice) Margarita. Mexican is easy to stay on plan with. ** did ok, limited to one LC Margarita.

Started out at Starbucks with a completely SF drink and egg bites - they said they contiained no flour. I am eating more snacky things again but cooking tonight. Much time spent at hospital and with family drama. The only thing I was wanting today was soft serve from the local custard stand.

I got called into work yesterday for 5:00 am, and it was an awesome walk as the sun came up. My favorite spot is over the creek, where the sky reflects off the water.

Day 15 of 90

Goals: Weigh daily. Drink water. Limit dairy, caffeine and artificial sweeteners.
Re-commit to Atkins 40 with tracking. I struggle without that structure and don't struggle with it, so it's a no-brainer.

Weight goal: Stay under 205 lb for life. Longer term weight goal: Get down under 200 lb and stay there for life.

Goal weight: <205
Weight at start of this challenge: 202.8
Today's weight: 203.6

Day 16 of 90

Goals: Follow Atkins 40. Track and weigh daily. Drink water. Limit dairy, caffeine and artificial sweeteners.

Weight goal: Stay under 205 lb for life. Longer term weight goal: Get down under 200 lb and stay there for life.

Things are back down to a quiet roar. Body feels like it is no longer struggling to gain weight.

Goal weight: <205
Weight at start of this challenge: 202.8
Today's weight: 203.0

I do have vino. Not perfect but ok. Not really craving anything but pasta...fast food flyers caught my attention for the first time in months... I just put them with the burn newspapers - have a burn barrel here instead of a shredder.
