There was a woman in the paleo forum a couple years ago that was doing low carb paleo for her pregnancy. It was very interesting. I think she ate a lot of raw meat too, not something I'd probably do, but there you go!

After her baby was born he ate how she had been eating... well, after he was weaned anyway.

It was interesting! I think her name was Meg, if you want to look for her postings.
