Ingredients
psyllium husks, whole (not powdered) 2TB
Cinnamon, 1/4 tsp.
Stevia 1/3-1/2 tsp.
coconut milk, 1/3 C
Water, 2/3 C
mixed berries (blue, black, raspberry), 1/3 C
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add water/coconut milk mixture and mix well.
3. Add berries and stir.
4. Microwave until as hot as you want.
