Default Spicy CHicken

I made this last weeek and Im gonna make it tonight! Its yummy! I used Chicken Legs, but you can do it with any bone in chicken!

Ingriedients: I do alot of estimating, so make to your taste:
Chicken (any type, bone in)
Chicken wing hot sauce 1/2 cup
Olive oil 1/2 cup
Garlic Powder 1/2 tbs, to taste
Onion powder 1/2 tbs
Crushed red pepper...a few shakes :P
Salt....less than a tsp
Pepper......1 tsp

Keep tasting the sauce until its right for you!

Prepare a cookie sheet and preheat the oven to 350

Mix your favorite hot sauce(chicken wing sauce), olive oil, garlic, crushed red pepper (optional), salt, pepper, onion powder in a bowl.

Prepare the chicken then dump sauce in a ziploc bag, and throw the chicken in and moosh around and get it coated good.

Then lay the chicken on the cookie sheet and back for about an hour, or until the juices run clear.....

You can dump excess sauce from the bag over the chicken, mid cooking, or....Leave extra sauce in the mixing bowl and baste about 15 mims before you take it out of the oven!

Its fast, easy, and really spicey! Enjoy!

I love hot food, the hotter the better! This is right up my alley, though I may add a little more spice to mine. If I'm not crying or my tongue isn't numb, it isn't right-LOL!
