Question Brussel sprouts on CALP?

Up till now, I had only read CAD, and that was the plan I have been going by. This past weekend I read CALP. One thing that has me confused is the inclusion of brussel sprouts on their list of acceptable low-carb veggies. They weren't on the list in CAD, but in CALP not only are they on the list but they don't even have and asterick to indicate that they might bother some people, the way broccoli does. I was happy at first, as I really LOVE brussel sprouts, but then I thought I had better check this out some more. So, I used the carb counter on this website (it is wonderful, btw, very complete!) and sure enough... brussel sprouts have a 8.92 g of carb, compared to 5.24 for broccoli.

So.. what do you think... is it a typo? Or am I reading something wrong here.
Does anyone eat brussel sprouts regularily for CM's?

Default Glad I'm not the only one!

Good to see another sprout-fan! LOL

Well, my gut tells me that these are higher in carbs.. so I am going to keep saving them for RM's for now. I'd rather not mess with a good thing
