#100happydays of low carbing and feeling good
Hey guys – Happy New Year to you all!
So I managed to lose 32lbs between March – June/July ish last year and have been maintaining since then. I didn’t want to fall off plan, but a super busy work schedule made it difficult to stay as focused so I just made a point of combining general healthier low carb eating with exercise to ‘hold the fort’ until I was able to get back on track…and thankfully that worked.
I’ve got renewed focus now and have started this week going back to induction to flush the system. I was in ketosis by day 2 and am already 4lbs down. I’m planning to do another week of induction then start going through the ranks again. I’m hoping to lose another 20-30lbs overall and hopefully hit a size UK 10 (currently UK 14, was UK 18 this time last year). Also planning to combine this with #100happydays – keeping a photo diary of happiness over 100 days - google it for info!
