Default Eating excess protein and fat in Low Carb, Extreme Low Carb and Trace of Carb diet?

I am always curious about this.

What would happen if we eat excess calories(Protein and Fat) in Low Carb, Extreme Low Carb and Trace of Carb diet? My non scientific experiment shows excess Protein and Fat can not grow fat.

Failed to find any papers/books explain this in detail when Carbohydrate pathways are not functioning as normal.

So I set out to seek the truth finally.

Below are couple conditions and terms I use here.

Baseline weight is the most recent and the least weight I get first thing in every morning.

Excess energy is eating more than my body needs.

Restrict Diet mode is eating less than 800kcal per day.

Carbs are spice, diet coke/pepsi, couple gram of sugar per big pot of soup, veggies, vitamins, minerals, tea... plus fiber sometimes.

Would call them trace of carb per serving.

FYI, it is extremely difficult to eat excess energy without the help of carb, because my body is fighting it.

So I tried this for 7 to 10 days.

My daily weight is from Baseline weight + 2 lbs to Baseline weight + 4 lbs(as best I can maintain.)

The very last day I do Restrict Diet mode.

The weight the next morning I get is the Baseline weight before the non scientific experiment.

Conclusion: No weight gain.

This by no means qualified as a scientific experiment. You should try it out and let us know.

BTW. My body was burning hot constantly. Many sleepless nights. No inflammation. No stuffy nose. Sweat a lot. Must drink lots of water.

I would say this is not a bad way to fight virus.
