Ugh, so bloated and not sure why. Probably worse tomorrow again.

bloating stinks.

FYI. My GI behaved much better when I made the effort to increase probiotic intake on a daily basis, and then feed them properly. Not sure this is your issue, but I do have far fewer problems since diligently addressing this.

Hope this resolves asap !

I think I just ate sugar in deli ham! It will have to be because I am so busy! I'm writing my thesis and it's due very soon!

Ummm. Can you pick another option???? Throw in a pork roast and eat that for a few days????? One and done.

Jschwab, these next few days are going to be tough. Finishing a thesis is brutal. I'm sending good thoughts your way. Maybe a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store? Usually they're a little salty, but unless you get something like BBQ flavor or honey-something, they're sugar-free and already cooked. If you get bored of eating the chicken, you can make chicken salad.

20 lbs.!! I started at 238.4 and I'm at 218.2 today (not a fasting weight). I have a long way to go, but every 10 lbs. is an accomplishment for me.

And we get there by losing 5 lbs., so come on, girls--we can all do this!

Aw, thanks. Just saw this and the pork roast suggestion above. I am fine. I am relying on family to cook for me, too, so getting by. I can't have any distractions!

My first draft is due in 4 days, so when that is done I'll have a minute to breathe. It's a huge amount of work and I have to translate all of my quotes, too. It's just Master's, too. I have no idea how people do PhDs!
