Default Low Carb Pizza...

Got this recipe from http://www.thatsmyhome.com/venettos...pizza-crust.htm

Pork Rind Pizza Crust
1 bag pork rinds, crushed
1/2 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 eggs, beaten

Mix all the ingredients well. press into a nonstick sprayed pie pan, going up the sides. Bake at 350ºF for about 8 minutes.

Add your toppings, and then rebake until cheese and toppings are hot. This recipe can easily be doubled to fit a pizza pan.

I use pepperonis on my pizzas, the oils that cook out from them make me not even miss the sauce . I dont use a crust usually, just layer pepperonis, ham, olives, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese layered in a bowl and microwaved til hot. Yummmm pizza taste !

A regular 4 oz. can of Hunt's tomato sauce is usually only 4 carbs per 1/2 cup. That could be your tomato sauce missymagoo, and it won't have any weird flavor like some low carb sauces.

I'll try this recipe, but I will mix some soy protein mix with pork rinds.
