Default Burger King fans....

Just incase you haven't already found it, both the UK and US versions of their sites have nutritional information on their foods, but better still, on the food's components! Yep, you can view the carbs for the burger itself, the cheese slices they use, everything. So when you skip the bun from now on, you know exactly how many carbs are going in. Wish all fast food joints done that.

Mmm, i think i'll have a double whopper with cheese please....

For US people : http://www.burgerking.com/nutrition/components.htm

For UK people: http://www.burgerking.co.uk/the_facts/facts1.pdf

Enjoy!

Not only that, but most BKs I've been in also have a big poster with this information right by the registers. So if you remember when you go in, you can check right there. Mmmmmm, double whopper with cheese..... (done in best Homer Simpson voice)

Wink Detoxed taste buds!

BK I must've been their biggest fan. Especially of the junior whopper.
But since I've cleaned up my diet, it seems like all their food taste very salty, I can't even eat anything on their menu anymore or any other fast food restaurants.

Has anybody else's taste buds gone through detox or is it just me?

Susie

Great link Ironlung! Helpful for those of us who go through the drive though, and get home and don't quite know how much protien and carbs their actually eating! I never know with burgers and salads, etc. how many carbs are in the part that I eat. Does anyone know of similar sites for McDonald's or Wendy's? I love McDonald's double cheeseburgers, without the bun of course, selling for only 99 cents here in the US. I love the junior bacon cheseburger and the side ceasar salad at Wendy's too. Each also for only 99 cents I might add. (can you tell I'm on a tight budget?) hmmm, all this talk is making me hungary.

Thumbs up please...

Okay, now that hurts. I just ate a brat and a half onion with mustard all over it and a whopper is my favorite. My dog even walked off when she saw what I was eating! This is so weird! Why am I telling you what my dog thinks! I'll go back to painting and see if I can do better with that. Eat a whopper for me!
