If a person can get along with lowered estrogen levels, I'm happy for them. Mine dropped like a rock, and made me so miserable I had to get hormones.

However, I think this kind of study is just the tip of the iceberg; low vitamin D levels have a huge impact, and I'm supplementing with that. Also, low carbing itself helps the immune system and cuts off the fuel supply to cancer cells.

So I'm philosophical.
