Default running low carb

I am very excited. I ran a 7.3 mile trail run, in the snow and all after being low carb for almost a month.
Funny thing is that I actually barely ate yesterday and my longest run low carb was 2-3 miles, yet I STILL had tons of energy!!

Got home and did a keto stick and that suckers was dark!!
