The Y has swimming, belly dancing, a walk/run track, a BIG room with lots of exercising things that look like it could hurt. I think I will give it a try. Theres a club I could join, but all I saw was a pool, golf cource and older ladies playing card. And a big bar. Naaaa!
I've been rolling around on a ball. I don't know what else to do?
Walked 3 miles on the lovely treadmile. YUCK!!!
Played hard with the kids at school for 2 hours. (that counts)
fallowed Betty EVERYWHERE (that was at lest 100 miles) Haaa!

I am going to start running. Just as soon as I get the guts up to do it. My dad runs 14 miles a day. What a goal!! I can't see taht ever happening, but then again I never thought I'd get this big and doing this well to get rid of it. So my new goal is to run cross country with dad. Baby steps, baby steps!!

Okay I fizzled out today. But I have done a total of 37 miles this week. I took the day off. I am trying to roll around on this ball, but to be honest I feel very silly and get to laughing so hard I'm not sure if I'm doing good. Moday I will be a good girl and walk the dreaded treadmill. Promise!

Lets see here: ride bikes in the morning for an hour.
at 5 I walk with Betty P
at 6 I walk with Elaine
at 7 I walk with Betty Mae
Im tring to jog on the treadmill
my calf mussles and legs are right where I want them
The belly well its not being so nice with me. Can't figure out the best way to get it tighten up. everyone says after having a baby you can't well I plan to do something. My cheeks are still like chimpmunck cheeks. I never had a butt so I would like to have one of those. LOL my sister got hers and mine. Shuuu I didn't say that. LOL I think I need to start a weight training like Jason, but I don't want to. Im pooped out with the other stuff. I still haven't joind the Y. Its all men that work out in there and I feel silly in there with them. SEEE YAAAA

I joined the Y a while back and LOVE it...... I have a pace maker and it shocked me the other day. I had my heart rate up to 190 or better and that was way to far. I got shocked and it scarried me to death. So Since then I haven't been doing real well. I need a heart rate monitor and can't find one.

Ive started walking a mile again on the treadmill and doing curict training. I love working out hard and I hate because Im so afraid to.

Hi Steph, ( I hope I may be on a first name basis) I'm Quincey. I was looking through the site and find your postings and thought of the things I had gone through the previous year. It seems that you are well on your way. Do'nt worry about us men in the gym. We are really more worried about how you are evaluating us. We make progress in little steps. I have been on a see-saw the last year, but I am determined to get to my goal weight. Stay with your program you are doing well.

Thanks for the reply. Its funny since I decided to take the step of just walking in to the Y, I found out very fast that what you said is so right. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. Its a great place to find so many others with the same feelings. Its funny now, there are a few that we give each other a hard time for coming in late. Its like a little family of motvators (spelling is not on my side LOL)
Thank you so much for your reply and good luck!!!!!

Ok I just started again.. after getting very sick and then other stuff its been awhile. So heres what I did today and as long as I can
Walked the treadmill 1 mile at 3.5 it took 15 min
Circut training= working the mussles
leg lifts to tighten tummy= 20

In time I will walk more but just starting over I need to take it slow so my pacemaker doesn't get me again

Default Good Morning

Hi Steph, its about 5:00 am and my wife and I are off to the gym to do about 45 minutes of aerobic activity. I am slowly seeing the results. It took a long period of time to get back into Ketosis, but I am in now and the results are starting to be see. In July the waist line was about 39 and now I fitting into the 35s. Goal is to get back to the 31-32 range. Unfortunately that will require about another 20 pound weight loss. So we are trying to keep it up. Good luck with your work outs.

Quincey
