walked 1 1/2
crunchs= 100
leg lifts= 20
worked out about an hour and feeling SO GOOD again.

walked= 2 miles
circut training with weights
leg lifts= 30
I love working out. HELLO did I just say that???????

Once back in the grove I get so into it. Can't wait until tomorrow

Thanks so much!!!!! Thats what I love about this sight. Everyone is here to help keep the others on track. Being on this low Carb by myself and hearing all the stuff everyone that doesn't do it say makes it hard sometimes. My Drs told me to go for it and from that I have lost 78lb with help from nice people like you. SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!
And hey you keep up the good work also. You are doing great!!!!

I worked out Thursday and didn't get on to log it.
So Thursday*
treadmill= 2 miles
crunches= 100
leg lifts= 30
and I did other things with my arms and stuff


Friday*
treadmill= 2 1/2 miles
circut with weights= 20 each I think there are 11 michines ( can't spell)
leg crunches= 40

Hey I would reither be working out I think then Christmas shopping now LOL. Im doing a 30day cheat free on another sight as well and it really is making me stay in line. I feel like Im not just letting myself down but those who care enough to push me along.
Its great having someone to have to kinda answer to if you know what I mean. Because I can make up anything in my own head. Thanks so much and yea!!!! We can do anything!!!!! Even Christmas shop the weekend before LOL!!

Today I stayed home and worked out
Treadmill= 3 miles on a 2.0 incline ( my treadmill won't go flat)
leg crunches= 45
Cleaned house and danced the intire time I think I can through that in as a little workout LOL

I'm still not done with my Christmas shopping, I can't believe it. I'm usually done by now. At least it's just a couple of items.

That's great that you are doing a 30 day cheat free challenge. That should help you out a great deal.

I'm hoping to get back on the treadmill in the morning, I doubt I will be able to today. Too busy. I'm wanting to get into a routine of jogging everyday next week. Since my kids are out of school, I won't be having to get them off to school. The only thing I will have to do is take them in for their flu shot.
I also need to go and get Christmas pictures done, fortunately at Sears they print them right then unless you order the 10X13 which I usually do.

Hey girl,

I got a job at Fitness 19. I am so looking forward to starting, I start on Jan. 2nd, it's M-F, 9-3 and Sat. 9-1.

It's time to get myself in great shape. I'll be able to work out at home and at the gym. This is going to be awesome.

Unfortunately, I still have a couple of things to buy for Christmas. I can't believe I have waited the last minute. It's crazy.
