Default Bun for burgers or sandwich (under 2 carbs)

I found this recipe on Recipezaar, I was impressed. This is very simple and fast, and tastes like bread.
Serving size 1

2 tbs melted butter/margarine
Salt, to taste (I used sea salt)
1 large egg
4 tbs flax seed meal
1/2 tsp baking powder

I have one of those microwavable egg containers, which is the perfect size for a bun. Mix all the ingredients into a microwave safe container, the size of what you want your bread to be. Put in microwave for 1 minute, the center should be spongy to the touch. When it is done, put on a rack to cool. When it is cool, slice it in half and you have the perfect bun. It does not taste eggy like you think it would, I thought the texture was very much like bread. The end product is moist and holds together well, you won't have it falling apart on you. Hope you enjoy!!
