Default Thin crust pizza

I just had to throw this one out there. I made this the other day and it was SOOOOOOO good. The idea for this came from our good friend cleochatra (http://blog.yourlighterside.com/200...ead-pizza.html).

1. Pre-heat oven to 375
2. Take a Flat-Out (http://www.flatoutbread.com) and lightly oil both sides. 3. Place directly on the oven rack and bake for 6 minutes
4. Remove and place on an un-greased baking sheet.
5. Spread 2Tbl of Ranhc dressing on the flat
6. Shake liberal amounts of Frank's Hot sauce on the wrap
7. Add leftover shredded chicken and bacon
8. Shake a little more Frank's across chicken
9. Top with Fiesta-blend shredded cheese
10. Place back in the over for an additional 6 minutes

For the final 2 minutes, I usually switch on the broiler, just to further melt the cheese and to really crisp up the edges. I use my pizza slicer to cut this into 8 pieces. I am usually satisfied with 5 or 6, but man I can eat the whole thing! This is just like a super thin crust pizza.

My guess would be at about 8 or 9 net carbs for the whole thing. Your carb-age will vary, depending on your toppings...but just like real pizza, the possibilities are endless!

Sounds great!
You should try pizza made on a portabella mushroom! You just cut off the stem, scoop out the center part and make it like a normal pizza. When the cheese is melted, it's pretty much done. I think I'm getting hungry now!
