Since these are supplements I think it up to the discretion of the creator, the more the better I'd guess for them, or perhaps its hard to pack the nutrients you'd get into eating, let's say, liver, the normal way into two capsules.

Try a few different doses out on yourself and see if you "feel" any different. My guess is that you will not in the short term and in the long term there are so many other variables that any conclusive evidence would be confounded.

You're probably right. So many supplements I've tried don't really make me feel any different, except for the natural blood pressure one I tried! Granted, I was taking the full dose of 2 in the morning and 2 at night even though the directions said that some women find they only need 1 capsule every other day. After just a couple days, my blood pressure dropped quite a bit right away, and my pulse was consistently in the 40s. That's a bit too low, so I stopped the supplement. I might start it up again if needed, but only 1 per day ... then more or less depending on how it goes.

My supplements are getting more and more extreme! I must be taking about 20 a day at this point as I find new things to add but don't seem to subtract any of the old ones. I bought the grassfed organ meat capsules, but the bottle VANISHED before I tried any. I had it sitting on my dining room table and then it vanished from the table. I live alone so I guess I put it somewhere, but it's nowhere near where I would have expected to put it (like with all my other supplements) so I've never tried them and have no idea what they might do.

I do love chicken liver but now that I'm only doing curbside pickup grocery shopping I haven't had chicken livers as an option. I do occasionally buy some liverwurst and have that. I have some in the fridge right now. maybe I'll eat some tomorrow. I might make a couple "paffles" - crushed pork rind and egg waffles - and use them for a liverwurst sandwich since they are just the right size and shape.
