Default Irish low carbers

Hi I'm in Dublin and I recently discovered the most gorgeous choc- penut bars in my local health food store. They are called Ketoslim and are made by a New York company called 'Love'. and only 3 net carbs per bar They definitely gave me the choc fix I needed. I also discovered Sweet'n'lo bics in Dunnes stores in with the gluten free products. But be warned they are gorgeous and only 4.5g carbs per bic. ( I ate the whole box) oops!

Hi

I am guessing you're talking about these: KETOslim Low-Carb Bar - Chocolate Peanut Crisp

If so, be careful of them. They have a total 24g Carbohydrate, and while they claim you only have to count 3 grams, more and more people are finding out they are indeed affected by sugar alcohols which is the carbs being subtracted. I'm one of the people myself who is stalled by sugar alcohols.

I wouldn't drink any soda at all, thats my opinion, it has aspertme. Sugar alcohols take longer to be absorbed in your body which cause you to stall sometimes! I am stalled also cause I ate to many choclates!

Do you know if you like cola or other fizzy drinks without aspartame, the low carb website have cans of minerals which are sweetened with Splenda and taste so much better. You can also get Raspberry, Strawberry-Kiwi, Tangerine-Lime and others plus Iced Tea Mix, Raspberry Lemonade and more. I find if you order a moderate amount, even though it's in sterling, it still works out to a pretty good price and you won't be killing yourself with aspartame.

Peadar,

Diet Club Orange/Lemon and Kerry Still are all made with Splenda and are deliscious!

I may be wrong, but the last time I looked Diet Club is quite high in carbs for a decent size glass, because of the fruit I suppose. Sometimes products say 'Sweetened with Splenda' but when you look at the label you find that it ALSO has Aspartame or Saccharin as well! Is this the case with these drinks, Casso?

It doesn't taste like their water, does it? No offense, but I feel like I'm drinking oily water. I usually drink distilled, expensive but the cleanest next to the Garden of Eden.
