Vitamins/Supplements

Can anyone tell me what kind of supplements you are using. There are SO many she recommends in SPII that it's a bit overwhelming. I started taking a multivitamin with the USP label as well as extra Vitamin E. Any other recommendations?

vitamins

I take a multivitamin and mineral with no iron, vitamin E, and a B-50. I fnd the b-50 helps with pms and mood swings for me.
