Sweets are my danger foods, especially dairy based sweets, pudding ,ice cream ,cheese cake etc. I do love baked goods, but not as much as the dairy based. I also love chocolate candy, but again, it comes after my love of the creamy dairy type stuff. I just stay away from any low carb dairy sweet(or any low carb sweet) now. It will trigger the cravings so badly.

Mine is rice. A bowl of plain steamed short grain rice that soaks up the sauce nicely.

but the thing is...none of these have to be dangerous in moderation...with the exception of sugar. sugar leads to that blood sugar high and then low, causing cravings. the others (grains, fruit, starch) cause a more reasonable raise in blood sugar, and are useful in maintainence.

Danger foods for me are anything starchy. Mashed potatoes mixed with gravy or sourcream, macaroni and cheese, and pizza. I love pizza. Now I just eat the toppings and leave the crust.

Hard to answer this. For me it is a combination of sweets and breads. My war is with pastries, honeybuns, pies!!! Junk like that I can live on! Makes me sick to admit it but it's the plain truth. I've gone countless days eating only this sort of junk with NO normal foods!

Pasta, and very sugary fruits like pineapple most definately. I used to live on homemade pasta and fruit a lot of the time.

air-popped popcorn, with LOTS of salt and melted butter....
french fries
fresh baked bread, mmmm
mac & cheese

although, i have been able to give up the above fairly easily. the *most* dangerous carbs for me are the ones that i cannot bring myself to give up - wine and beer.

Bread, pasta, rice and cookies.
I'm not a big fan of chocolate or sweet things but if and when I get cravings, I drink a sweet tea and the craving goes away.
