Did eliptical for HIIT this morning. Damn I need to learn how to spell that right!

Although my lower back is fine I've got a little pain... not really pain, I can just feel stuff, in my traps/ upper back area from the squat rack yesterday.

Hi Doogie! It's Friday!

Hope you have a good weekend.

elliptical*

Yeah I think it was the preacher curl that I did, thanks.

What do you eat when you do your carbup? I have to plan for my first one Wednesday. I don't want to eat sugar/flour products so I am thinking yam/sweet potato or squash with lc BBQ sauce and a little butter with a little protein. I want to make it at least 40g carbs (just one meal on the Wednesday night. What do you think?

See ya

Sleeping pattern sucked hard this weekend. Today was supposed to be UBWO.... decided to shift that to tomorrow and do HIIT today (or 20MAS for Pammie! ) but I'm really struggling with heat/ tiredness etc, plus I've eaten loads, so I'll say today was a skipped HIIT and will do UBWO tomorrow (and mess up training pattern by one day all next week!)

Wow, my first skipped workout as I go into week 7.

You're amazing! I only reached Day 70-something. Never completed it.

Hope you feel less tired tomorrow.

LMFAO..... I got to the gym today to do yesterday's UBWO, and realised that they'd said they were shut all day yesterday for annual spring clean.

Wow, how's that for coincidence, the one day that I feel too crappy is the one day that I forgot the gym was closed!

Did UBWO today (supposed to be yesterday but see above!)

Kept the assisted dips (how much do I want to get better at them so they're not assisted!) and did farmer's walks again at the end.... did a 20kg one same as last time but it was too light today, so did a couple of 23kg ones afterwards.

Ugh, did LBWO today and man did I suck I totally love LBWO though.

Totally couldn't concentrate on it due to other stuff going through my head (waaaaaaaay to complicated for here :|)

Squat rack was busy so I did leg press. Tried to get the weight up, but I pooped out trying to do 8 reps of my last time's 6 rep weight.

Totally skipped hams all together

Managed to get my calf weights up by an extra 15kg (33 lbs) which was good... dunno if not doing hams first helped that or what

Oh well, hopefully next one I'll be more focussed!

Hi Doogie! Sorry your workout wasn't as hardcore as you wanted it to be. Nevermind next leg workout you will do what you set out to do. I know whow you feel when you have a plan and the machines you want to use are being "occupied". That happened yesterday to me. I had planned to use two machines and then when I went to used them two people were on them working out together so I had to do something else. At least you tried to up the intensity.

Thanks for asking. It went really well although I almost decided not to. I had to eat really late because I went out with my friend shopping and when I came back I had to cook. Food was great! Scale went down one it could be coincidental, dunno.

I hope what's worrying goes away. Sweet Dreams.

Hugs
