went and bought a 4 lb tube of ground turkey. more disgusting than tube of beef. Also bought a 5 lb tube of beef. portioned raw and packed. Not sure if I'd do the turkey again, apocalypse sized chicken breast is about the same price and probably just as bad for you, but heck, I'm working on getting more protein, don't want to shrink too much...

So I whipped this 12 oz turkey patty up with some quick slaw, blob gravy and a few slices of cucumber. This is how I broke my fast.

Basic but good: 18oz chicken breast and some home made slaw. finished up that coleslaw. so easy to make. more this weekend ha!

Thud, I'm waiting for your cookbook w/ photos to come out!

Tried a MIM for the first time, split it into 4 rounds and toasted it w/butter. Really good and filling. 2 mugs herb tea. (Spiced Dandelion Detox)
