Question uh - oh..Carb cookie Help please....

ate half a real peanut better cookie and Im wondering just how bad that is? It's been like a month since I tasted sugar - thought it would be ok but now Im wondering...

Can anyone tell me how bad they might be? this was a home baked momstyle 1/2 of a small cookie.

Thanks.

Have you checked the carbohydrate counter that is located on the right side of you screen? It's the second one from the bottom.

Default Got it!

12g of carb or 6 for half a cookie. Wow - I didn't know that counter was over there, what a GREAT tool.

Thanks.
