Australia is eating less sugar?

Does that include other forms of sugar including corn sources and fruit sources? Or is it only measuring 'sugar cane' sugar -- pretty sure even the USA is eating less of that given the massive shift toward HFCS and other 'natural' forms as a sweetener.

Plus I doubt it counts the indirect sugar in starches.

I'm tempted to think that 'study' is 'convenient' for a funder, directly or indirectly.

Vitamin C in decent dosage has a profound effect on preventing or healing the damage from head injuries such as in football players.

Sadly despite it's a known this info doesn't get propagated and people in head-injuring sports continue to suffer.

I take 5g a day and more when I can afford a stint with Lipo C.

It would be good to stick to the original topic, ideally as it relates to low-carb/keto. Please avoid highjacking threads toward off-topic discussions. Thank you.
