Thumbs down "Carbs Gone Wild!"

My wife and stepson here are laughing so hard they are about to fall off their chairs. I have been sharing with them the results of my fitday.com tracking of the stuff I stick down my gullett.

"Carbs Gone Wild", my wife says laughing hysterically.

"He's out of control", my stepson agrees.

"He'll have just the meat and the eggs", my wife opines tomorrows menu.

:sigh:

Anyhow. I am getting my arms around the problem. My wife (I am sure) would tell you I am getting my lips, esophagas, and stomach around the problem too!

:sigh:

Guess she is right tho, as much as it pains me to say it. I am doing too much of the "right thing". I am too far past induction levels for my own comfort. ARGH!!#%#$~!

Tightening up even more tomorrow.

:sigh:

I hate fitday--but at times it's a valuable tool (darn it, you have no idea how hard it is for me to admit that).

I'm laughing at your title--what do we have if we don't have (and use) our sense of humor?

Good for you for having the courage to look at your situation objectively and make changes that will help you meet your goals.

Being dispassionate about this will help you - this is not a personal failure, nor an indictment of you as a human being. It's an unintentional and rectifiable sidetrack to your path.

I say good work and congratulations. You're doing really well, and this is further proof of that.

-j.
