hi everybody, I suffer from dippression from time to time and I was really depressed during the last year in the army, I have found a great book with real practical advise and it helped me to get out of bed sometimes, (sometimes I just stay in bed and call in sick like today...) but it really is a great book and I reccomend it to everybody not just those who suffer from depression, anyway it's: "feeling good" by Dr. David Berns
