Here are my tweaks
for this 90-day period. It turned into a novel, so I just put it in my journal.
The tl;dr on my plan to address inflammation is daily vitamin D (or sun exposure), fish oil, turmeric, and no seed oils. To support my shoulder in general, as well as my back and hands which flare up when I'm not careful - glucosamine/chondroitin and daily broth (for the collagen.) Also added in my physio exercises, since I'm good at forgetting or procrastinating on that kind of thing.
