Geesh, just inching along here! So frustrating as I've been in ketosis doing strict Atkins induction, brisk-walking 2 miles daily, and doing 16/8 IF---weight should be falling off, what the heck! I gave up alcohol too, ya'd think THAT would be making a difference. But noooooo!

Ooh, I've heard you can make a LC "apple" pie using SF apple cider mix and chayote squash as the apple sub. I love the
Alpine Spice SF apple cider mix and have it as a sweet treat (4 carbs a serving).
