This is a ~55minute workout rather than the 25 minute ones (30 day shred and ripped in 30). Honestly I feel like I'm really struggling to get a good workout out of Ripped in 30 Week 1. Maybe I should just move on to week 2...I guess I was probably supposed to on Sunday anyway.
This past Friday: No More Trouble Zones (50 min)
Sunday: 30 Day Shred week 3
Today: No More Trouble Zones, slightly half-assed. (Arms feeling weak, think I need a recovery day.)
Still having problems remembering to log. Lately it's been a 25-50 minute Jillian Michaels video about 2 out of every 3 days, and starting some deadlifts (at 70lbs).
