sorry I've been gone. back pain and new meds--and being off plan for 11 days mean that I have a 12 lbs weight gain to report. I know the meds are contributing to water weight as my feet and legs are swollen. I'll never get to my 100 lbs weight loss goal this way, so here I am again. I have a two day gardening ZOOM class, so not much activity for me, but I can still be mindful of what I eat.
