1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 skinless boneless chicken breast half
1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Heat the oil in a skillet or wok. Add the chicken breast and saute the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet and bring to a bubble and simmer uncovered until the sauce is reduced. Finish the sauce with 1 tablespoon butter if desired.
