I have a bag of chicken breast and it says that its 4 carbs per serving. Do i have to count these carbs then? Cause this morning for breakfast i had a chicken breast and a three egg ommlett with cheese. The chicken breast was 4 and the eggs added to 3 and the cheese was 1 carb so for just that meal does it mean ive already had 8 carbs today?

Does the chicken have a coating or breading or was it marinated? If so, then yep, you must count the carbs.

They were probably soaked in a sugar solution like dextrose, check the label and ingrediants before you buy more.

They count as 4.

Plain chicken mea.t doesn't have carbs so something must have been added. Yes. you have to count them all.
