I am doing Atkins. I am completely focused. I am going to lose 38 pounds. I am a busy Mom with two kids and I work 50 hours a week. I am on the lookout for easy, easy and simple, simple simple.
For breakfast, I always stop at McDonalds and eat a sausage patty, slice of cheese and a circle egg (poached).
For lunch, I almost always have a grilled chicken breast from McDonalds with lettuce, mayo and no bun (of course!)
I struggle with my dinner. I am always, always running around with the kids to karate, dance, basketball, etc. It is really tough to get a good dinner. Sometimes, I wait too long until I am starving to death, and then eat something inappropriate.
I do much better during the daytime than I do in the evenings.
I have cut myself back to one diet pepsi a day (with the caffeine) is that horrible? The rest of the time, I am afloat with water.
I just started back again on the exercise bike. I try to do at least a 1/2 hour a day.
