Jello fat free sugar free chocolate pudding, just the mix, has 8 carbs per serving, or 32 carbs for the whole 1.4 ounce box(that's the small box). It has less than one gram of fiber per serving.
Don't quote me on this but i think the banana flavor which i am out of has 6 carbs per serving .. this *is* before preparing them, just the mix itself.

Since it the carb count can be a bit high on pudding unless you are on like maintenance, I thought I should share this recipe with you that my hubby and I are addicted to that gives you a pudding taste with fewer carbs!

Pudding 'kisses'
1 package sf instant pudding (chocolate is my favorite!)
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 C. cream

Blend the cream cheese and cream together until there are few/no lumps left. Mix in the pudding mix until well blended. It will become thick, almost like frosting.

You can either put this in a pastry bag (or plastic bag with the end cut off) and make small, hershey kiss sized dots (or do this by hand) on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Freeze until frozen then transfer into an airtight container in the freezer until eaten! (which should not take long!)

if you make 150 kisses (our usual amount around there) 5 kisses = about 1.3 carb!!!
