Soup made with chicken broth, a little cream cheese and parasean cheese, a little HWC, and the meat of a chicken wing. Heated it up and dropped an egg in there stirring til done....it was pretty good!

Last time I did this I had mushrooms whicn made it really yummy!

Oh gosh I still have to try the chayote!!! I actually bought some and didn't use them.... I think I got scared of them after reading soooo many comments and recipes....lol

And yes with mushrooms and black pepper the soup is pretty darn good.....yummy

mostly just writing to subscribe for ideas but tonight for me it's sauteed boneless chicken leg meat with shiritaki noodles, broccoli and hwc & parmesan alfredo sauce

tonight we were starving and exhausted, so we went with:

last of leftover roasted brussels and peppers
2 sausages for fella
2 sunny side eggs for moi

white wine for both- kicking back now. happy campers!

Last night - Bbq'd gf hot dogs, with peppers and onions on top, all the fixin's, and cut veggies with avocado dip.

Tonite - out for dinner, not sure yet

was NOT in the mood to cook, sooooo- i didn't.

salad- romaine, 2 steamed eggs, 2 ounces mozzarella, some frank's red hot mixed with sf honeymustard dressing.

*keeping a bowl of steamed eggs in the fridge at all times is a LIFESAVER for me. i can throw together a meal like above, have an emergency snack food, a "tide me over" until a late dinner, etc....*

Robin, How do you cook your steamed eggs?

I didn't feel like cooking last night either but DH was so tired he was about to drop so I ran to get a couple of little steaks and stir-fried up a dish of zucchini, red pepper, spring onion, garlic. It was simple and good....
