Default Too Good brand plain Greek Yogurt - 3g carbs per 3/4 cup

I found this 'new' brand at Winn-Dixie yesterday, and it's called "Too Good" Greek Plain yogurt. The large containers were going for $5 each.

For 3/4 of a cup, there is only 3g of carbs, 2g of those being sugar.

This stuff is pretty darn good, if you like plain Greek yogurt. I add sf drink mix powder to it to flavor it, or some sf strawberry syrup from Torani's line of sf syrups.

I'm fond of Fage Greek yogurt. For 1 cup (6 oz) it has only 5g carb & 15 g protein - & it's 5% fat. I usually have just have half a cup because, depending on what else I've eaten, that can end up being too much protein for me. But it makes a great dessert with raspberry or strawberry SF syrup on it. Or fresh berries in season.

Two good comes in strawberry, peach, blueberry, vanilla and mixed berry as well. The only ones I don't care for are vanilla and mixed berry. The others i eat occasionally.
They are definitely more processed than plain Greek yogurt and thinner. So usually I stick to plain Greek and add pb, pumpkin seeds (cinnamon are my favorite), nuts, dark chocolate chunks, berries, sf jam or maple syrup, or cinnamon/ vanilla/ sweetener and a touch of salt (that is my favorite!).
Adding pumpkin, sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of salt is another favorite.
I am going to make a big container with peppermint extract, sweetener and unsweetened cocoa this week, for something festive.
