Default Hello everyone... first time here! :)

I am new to this site, but not new to Atkins... 7 years ago I lost 70lbs and kept it off for over 5 years. Then I met the man of my dreams, got married (added 20lbs), quit smoking (another 20) and then had a baby (30lbs left to go). When you add it up it seems overwhelming, but I just keep telling myself a pound at a time. I did it before and I KNOW I can do it again! So I plan on posting often and reading as much as I can... wish me luck!

Well ladies I made it till Friday... woo hoo! With no cheating! I know you're not supposed to weight yourself as often as I do... but I can't help it. I know after 3 days the scale WILL move if you're doing it right. And... (drumroll) I've lost 4lbs already. On weight watchers I would have had to starve for two weeks! I'm on my way to looking and feeling great... everyone have a good weekend. We're going away camping (safe b/c I pack the food)... see you on Sunday!
