There's a fancy convenience store halfway to work which has started stocking deviled eggs. Which I love, but are a pain to make. So now it's a breakfast stop

This is only place where I can say my breakfast without the preface, "i am sooooo pregnant...." Since we tend to eat whatever on low carb
I had butternut squash soup.with melted cheddar, and a grapefruit sparkling water.

Oh sorry! Yes I mean I am still very pregnant (big day looks like April 2!). I just meant that most people would make a face at soup for breakfast and assume it's a craving as opposed to.low carb people who generally seem to eat dinner for breakfast or breakfast for dinner frequently.
Your breakfast sounds reallllly good btw.

We eat well, don't we? Thanks Robin. You're right, we do eat "other meals" for breakfast sometimes. April 2! Nice time to have a baby!

I will make an omelet this AM with the leftover hot Artichoke/Parm dip as the filling, half caff and HC.

I can tell you what I had for breakfast yesterday! My usual French Press of coffee (I've cut it down from two) with a lump of coconut oil the size of a walnut and heavy cream.

This is what I heated up in the office microwave. I get up 5:30 and eat breakfast at 9:30. It was a big slab of brisket covered in guacamole.

And the LOOKS. Of astonishment. Would bother me if I cared.
